Community eFliers

Approved Nonprofit Fliers for Families School Board Policy 9060 outlines the opportunity for nonprofits in our community to distribute information to students through our schools. Interested community groups and organizations may download the Request for Distribution of Information to Students: Outside Group/Organization form to begin the approval process.

Fliers must promote or contain information regarding an activity or event of possible educational, social, or recreational value or benefit to students in the district.

Fliers also must include the following disclaimer:
“The Edmonds School District does not sponsor or endorse the activity and/or information contained in this material.”

Changes Coming to the eFlier Process

Please note there are some time-sensitive changes we want to partner with and support you through, so we are providing the following summary and resources:

What if, after Jan. 22, I submit a flier that is not meeting accessibility requirements? Oscar Halpert, the team member who works with you on your eFlier approvals, will provide you with what was determined to not meet the requirements to assist you in making the corrections.
